Edgmond Parish Council

The Parish Council wants your views on Highways issues in the Village

The next Full Council meeting of Edgmond Parish Council is on Monday, 11th July in the Village Hall and starts at 7.15pm.

I am sure you already know, but we thought we would remind you that there is a public session at the start of the meeting where we invite local residents to come along and share your views and concerns with the Parish Councillors.

The Parish Council has been raising issues with the Police and Telford & Wrekin Council for far too long, and we continue to put pressure on them to find out why they have not installed the Speed Indicator Device which has now been on order for over 18 months.  We are grateful to PCSO Collumbell who often attends our meetings and on this occasion we will also be inviting a senior officer from TWC to attend and explain why this important project has been delayed.  We will also take this opportunity to ask for details about other local highway issues.

There are other important matters that have appeared on recent agendas, and we always welcome local residents and your views are important.

Alternatively, if you have any comments or points you wish to raise, please email clerk.edgmond@parishcouncil.work – we look forward to hearing from you.
